For those of you interested in a local Duathlon, The Amana Colonies will be hosting a Duathlon on Saturday 8.28.10 at 7.30am. The event will consist of a 2.6 mile run followed by a 15.3 mile bike ride and finally another 2.6 mile run. Individuals and Team participants.
