Council Bluffs to Mineola Luau & Live Music This Thursday Start your 4th of July weekend with a huge night on the Taco Ride. This week promises to be one of the biggest nights of the summer. You have two great options for food and entertainment. First, the annual Taco Ride Luau is being held at Margaritaville this Thursday, July 2. Margaritaville will be rocking as live music is performed by Win Lander. Food will be available as Scott Nechkash and crew will be flipping burgers for donations for the trail and clean-up of Margaritaville. The party will last late into the night with a big bonfire to light the place up! Don't forget liquid refreshment is BYOB. But, please feel free to bring chips, desserts or salads to share. It's a Luau, so don't forget to dress up and join the party. Second, you can make the usual ride to the Mineola Steakhouse for the taco special and other menu fare. There will also be live music this week in Mineola. Bring some extra cash for Taco Ride Shirt and Koozies! See you Thursday!
