Irwin's Bike & Sports will host their popular Wednesday night training rides again for 2009. Leave from Irwin's parking lot at 5:30 pm. Depending on the participation, distances range betwee 5-10, 10-20, 30-40 miles. We have at least three different groups riding different speeds and distances. Everyone has tons of fun from hardcore road racers to grandparents, with grand children in tow, and of course everyone in between. No one gets left behind!
