Man now charged with homicide in bicycle death

A Muscatine man has been charged with vehicular homicide for allegedly running over and killing a bicyclist.
Clark Andrew Anderson, 43, had already been charged in the same incident with driving while revoked and leaving the scene of a fatal accident.
The man who was killed was struck from behind as he rode his bicycle on Sept. 4. He has not been identified. Officials are asking for help in identifying him. They believe he is in his 40s or 50s.
Anderson faces up to 25 years in prison if convicted of vehicular homicide. He remained in the Muscatine County Jail on a $100,000 bond
