If you have not signed up for the biweekly BIKEIOWA Ride Reminder, here is what you are missing. On January 1, 2006, the Ride Reminder received a major facelift with added content and a fresh new html layout. 4 out of 5 dentists approve of the new look! If you ARE signed up for the Ride Reminder, and have not received one since Jan 1 2006, then your ISP or your spam blocker may be identifying the Ride Reminder as spam and you need to add Biker@bikeiowa.com to your address book to allow the email to go through. If you have changed email addresses and have not updated your email address on BIKEIOWA, email Biker@bikeiowa.com with your old and new email address.
