A 13-year-old girl riding a bicycle was injured after being hit by a vehicle in Dubuque on Tuesday.
According to court documents, 57-year-old William K. Rigdon of Hazel Green, Wisconsin has been charged with failing to yield to a pedestrian.
The crash happened on Grandview Avenue and Rockdale Road on Tuesday afternoon.
There's no official word from authorities on the girl's condition at this time.
